We are located 900 mt from the beach of Kudeta, in the heart of Seminyak. You can enjoy the best of it with 5 to 10/15 min walking. The design was made by a brilliant Italian architect. We wanted combine the lines of the modern minimalist design without forget the Bali taste and the confort of the the luxury. We optimise the spaces and we tough all about comforts, quality and style using only very high quality services, sanitary, woods and stones. We have three bedrooms, within ensuite bathrooms. The two mirroring twins rooms downstairs are overlooking the pool and has big showers (1.5mt x 1.2mt) with a mini tropical indoor garden to give you the sensation you having a shower outdoor. Those bedrooms has full glass walls that give you the sensation to stay outdoor. From the window you can directly access to the pool deck or go in to the water. The third bedroom upstairs has a beautiful terrace where you can chill or get tan. All the bedrooms has foam king mattress by KingKoil. All the bedrooms has black-out curtains to give you the maximum confort for sleeping until you desire. All the bathrooms has a glass roof that during the day give you the beautiful and natural sunlight. We have installed the Daikin/LG for the AC, to the flat smart led tv 55” by LG complete with external speakers.
Fully equipment kitchen as no one villa has with very high quality tools and equipped kitchen appliances, like La Germania oven and microwave, double door Lg refrigerator, the electric stove give you the opportunity to cook what ever you want, and enjoy it on the generous dining table overlooking the pool.
The living and dining room and kitchen are equipped with the electric curtain that in case of rain you can close with just push a button.
There is also a beautiful outside shower in the little garden mad from an antic Ulin wood trunk and in the terrace too, to refresh after a sun bath.
You can enjoy the villa taking tan on the pool deck or on the terrace, or refreshing in the pool while drinking a beautiful wine or juice, and chilling on the terrace’s sofa/bale or on the leather sofas watching some movies on the beautiful 65” LG LED smart TV or listening your favorite music using the external speakers via bluetooth.
We also set up a service toilet for guest and staff.
